We maintain working relationships with the some of the nation's largest retailers and restaurants such as Outbacksteak House, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill, Mitchell’s Seafood, PDQ Restaurants, and Men's Wearhouse. In the past five years we have brokered over $200 million dollars of leasing and sales.

Represented OSI Restaurant Partners (Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Roy’s, LeeRoy Selmon’s, and Cheeseburger in Paradise) to identify 100+ sites throughout Florida to either lease or purchase. Represented OSI in over $58 million in purchases for restaurant outparcels and development land, then handled resale of the land to developers after OSI had taken out parcels for their restaurants, which enabled them to obtain very good economics on their sites.

Assisted Brinker (Chili’s and Macaroni Grill) to identify over 19 sites on the West Coast of Florida to either lease or purchase.

Represented other restaurant and fast food clients, such as Chick-fil-A, Hardees, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Five Guys Burgers, Firehouse Subs, Cheddars, First Watch and The Red Elephant in the Tampa Bay/Orlando/West Coast areas of Florida to identify sites to either lease or purchase.
